My NEW car was in the garage for 12 days because l had to pull the emergency release,the car would no let me remove the charge cable from the port, l did not know it then had to go through all sorts of electrical checks that took days to complete.

Locking wheel nut was missing on return of car. The empty plastic bag was left on the passenger seat. We were assured it had been definitely left in the car and had we not misplaced it . I found it still attached to the rear near side wheel !

i have lost all confidence in the team's ability to fix a fault - they claimed it was fixed despite the fault being apparent within 5-10minutes. I contacted the centre same day to say the fault was there and was told 6 more weeks for a loan car!

I booked the car in for a check on why the battery was discharging when the vehicle wasn't used for a couple of weeks. It gives a low battery warning. You did nothing apart from noting a low battery reading. A 400 m trip was done and it should be ok

BMW - the vehicle, incorporates some bad design features: auto-dimming dashboard with no available control for the driver - dashboard dims at inappropriate times; reverse gear adjacent to 1st gear - very easy to engage the wrong gear. Vertu - fine.

Difficulties around a recall: 1 - Reasonable access to a courtesy vehicle with no premium for lower excess. 2 -Possibility of 1st visit just assessing parts and maybe need 2nd visit. 3 - Above led to driver collect and return with no feedback.
