Didn't not live up to previous experiences. Firstly the work undertaken took over seven hours which is a long time without a car. Additionally I had to call the centre for an update. Absolutely no problem with the work undertaken.

The service was just a recall. However the mechanics couldn't open my boot even though it had a split tail which works perfectly fine and you can also open the main boot on the key or from inside the car.

No courtesy car available despite booking in advance for a recall, next available courtesy car was 1-2 months ahead of when I booked. Agreed multiple times to agree to car being cleaned - car was not cleaned, however informed upon arrival it had.

5 star Branch is going through a major refit but Peter and his team of Emma and Lauren were great.Still managed to do a fantastic job in difficult circumstances.
