Communication with my salesman James Graham was great. A phone call before the order was finalised to make sure the specifications were as I still required and then follow up emails and calls bringing me right up to collection day.

1. I don't like the self check in stalls, not personal. 2. Had selected request a trade in valuation but didn't happen. I'm not going to beg to buy a new car. 3. IDrive service history is in Amber rather than green and does not say completed.

I didn't know that the service desk closed at 13.00 hours on Saturday so I would have changed my plan for the day had I known in advance. It meant a little panic when it came to paying for the service. Luckily my bank card details were available.

Said they were doing brake fluid also as was due 4 days later. They didn't. So now I have to rebook. Also engine management light was on but they just gave me the car back without checking it or even booking it in again.

Repairs not picked up on the health video until questioned, and then warranty repairs were required. The car was not washed or valeted The Idrive was not updated with the service and I now hace to return to the dealership to get it updated

Despite giving you remote access to do diagnostics on my car (to enable you to order any parts) you had to keep my car for an extra day to enable you to get a part. The dashboard waning light for Engine Status is still lit after your repair.

A loose nut had come out of the boot lid which I wanted fixing. Upon picking up the vehicle I was told that the nut that came out was not a BMW nut and they didn't know where it had come from. I checked an online parts catalog and found it in 5mins!

The known/suspected shortfalls in this major service include 1. Screen washer not topped-up by almost 1 litre. 2. Bulkhead air intake area was full of leaves. 3. Satnav update appears not to have been done based on recent overseas trip.
