BMW was recovered due to a water pump failure. Amy booked the car in and duly followed up with a call to advise when the fault had been completed. Enterprise courtesy car was left in her hands and the whole event only took 3 days.

I was kept informed all the way through the process by Nick Jimson. As a new customer to BMW everything was explained to me at each stage and any questions I needed to ask were answered promptly.
