My car was in for a recall, not my fault, very inconvenient, but no courtesy car available, no car collection or a lift home. I had to make my own arrangements and all for no fault of my own. Staff were more concerned with trying to sell me extras.

Pleasant experience, quick exchange of keys and good communication, the complimentary valet wasn't the best. Passenger side front still had bits that hadn't been hoovered.

BMW were notified of a serious safety fault but initially allowed me to take the car home. After further issues developed, they retained the vehicle for investigation. A promised loan car was not provided, so I had to arrange my own hire car.

I was quoted £506 plus a free of charge collection from home. Phoned the day before by Vertu I was told that there was a £60 fee for collection. When I was asked to pay my bill I was told it was £522. Also given paperwork for another customer's car n

On collection of car was told it had been cleaned but on approaching the car it was c visible the car had not been cleaned. Lady drove it around the back for a proper clean & she reassured me the inside was clean. When got in car it was dusty.

I booked the car in for a check on why the battery was discharging when the vehicle wasn't used for a couple of weeks. It gives a low battery warning. You did nothing apart from noting a low battery reading. A 400 m trip was done and it should be ok
