Cannot complain whatsoever, as this was leading up to my birthday I was given a bouquet of flowers and was also introduced and thanked by the sales manager. Everything about the car etc was explained fully and it was a great service.

I was advised we would review spec prior to going to final production this didn't happen. Luckily I got back in time to change colour but would have liked to have made 40d and added more spec. On collection scratches on bonnet, still not resolved.

The sales team were excellent, the only thing I was disappointed with was the depreciation of my part exchange in the time between ordering the new vehicle and its arrival. The dealership were somewhat restricted by the long lead time of the new car.

Vertu Teesside has improved the customer service levels since taking over the franchise from Coopers. More still needs to be done regarding transfering work from one representative to another when someone leaves. I had to chase for updates.

I believe it's unreasonable to be charged for diagnostics when the SOS issue is highly likely, at 99%, to be related to a battery replacement. I understand that if there are additional faults in the system, then a diagnostics fee is justified.
