This was a remote purchase, I live in Devon and the dealership is in Teeside (380miles). The transaction was however smooth and effortless and went without a hitch on the day of exchange. Communications, both pre and post-sale have been excellent

There were anomalies with the invoice and documentation - the mileage on the invoice was completely incorrect - the signature of the technician was photocopied 4 times (not original) and the time taken to do the coolant check was recorded incorrectly

I dealt with Connor at Teesside and while there was a problem of breaking a pipe during the recall for ERG valve Connor kept me fully informed and answered all my questions fully I was very comfortable with his service

Really thorough inspection and video provided confidence. Did opt for the BMW top up oil offer complete with the complimentary storage bag, upon collection I was told that there wasn't any bags available (part of the offer).
