The car Was washed and cleaned as well as serviced
Told at previous service rear brake pads require replacing ASAP. You found that it was just a sensor that needed resetting. You did this. Did a full health check, picked the car and dropped it off and washed and vacuumed the car for no charge.

The service is always excellent and prompt. I am never kept waiting for more than 30 secs or so when i enter the dealership.
Again covid restricted us to out doors only but we understood.

Suvodeep was extremely helpful and available to provide information or answer questions via phone or email. He provided updates on the car regularly and even explained details about PCP contracts to help me out.
We were very satisfied at the handling of the purchase and delivery of the vehicle. Once the vehicle was ordered, we were kept informed at all times of its progress by our salesperson who called us on a regular basis to keep us up to date.
