There have been some unconventional issues dealt with between myself and the BMW team, but each and everyone one has been resolved in a professional and courteous manner leaving me with a positive attitude to BMW and Vertu Teesside.
Problem quickly diagnosed and dealt with. Also checked other aspects of the vehicle to confirm everything was ok and identified any issues requiring attention.
Everything was completed to our request without drama and barriers.
The staff (Gillian London) was exceptional. Really pleasant, easy to talk to and most of all she listened. Could not fault her at all. Though the actual wait time to get my car in for a recall was over a month wait.
Car bookend in for recall issue. Kept informed of prgress and no other issues to resolve.
The service was carried out with the minimum fuss and I was kept informed of the progress of the work.

Given that I had lost my car in floods back in January the processes once BMW found out to get me an option of purchasing another was up to the usual high standard.
Javid Rehman was of great help from start to finish and managed to track down the exact spec of the X2 I wanted, guided me through the various on line forms to complete, really excellent service.
